Adobe Systems signed up for 31k SF on two floors of Clarion Partners’ 100-104 Fifth Ave. Yelp moved out of the building earlier this year for space in the Sapir Organization’s 11 Madison Ave. Clarion, which paid $230M in 2013, boasts Apple and Knewton, the educational technology firm, as tenants, the Wall Street Journal reports. Space in the Midtown South office market tends to go fast, with vacancy at a historic low and PPSF at a record high. [WSJ]
