We love it when a project comes along that illustrates what our experts have been telling us. TMG Partners and Alcion Ventures LP just acquired a vacant 111k SF property in North San Jose from a JV between Lane Partners and Virginia-based JER Partners. Over the next six months, TMG and Alcion plan to invest $2M to $3M to renovate the 3055 Orchard Dr building, including all new mechanical systems. TMG managing director David Cropper says the North San Jose market is poised to benefit from Silicon Valley’sneed for more office space.
