Actress Michelle Williams has purchased a Victorian home in Prospect Park South. The landmarked home at 1440 Albermarle Rd was last listed for $2.5M by Victorian specialist Mary Kay Gallagher Real Estate and is in need of renovations. Built in 1901, the home features eight bedrooms, six baths, wood-burning fireplaces and a two-story front porch, reports The Real Deal. After jumping into national consciousness with her role on Dawson’s Creek, Williams went on to star in several films, including Brokeback Mountain, Blue Valentine and My Week With Marilyn. The actress sold her Boerum Hill townhouse last fall for $8.8M, $1.3M over asking price. [TRD]
