The luxe apartments at 205 East 92nd St, “inspired by the East Side’s grandest apartments,” start at $4,400 for one-bedrooms and go as high as $16k for a four-bed, three-bath, Curbed reports.

All of the apartments feature nicely laid-out floor plans, with features like eat-in kitchens and master suites. There’s also a playroom for toddlers, a study area for teens, an on-site gym and housekeeping services. [Curbed]
