Here's What the New 60-Story Seaport Tower Will Look Like

The new teaser website for Fortis Properties’ One Seaport, a 60-story residential tower to rise at the South Street Seaport, launched Wednesday. Formerly called 151 Maiden Lane, the tower will be right off the water and will rise to just shy of 700 feet. It’ll have 80 units, including one-, two- and three-bedrooms. There’ll also be a dedicated water club and a private indoor motor court. Sales launch in early fall. [CNY]
