Rendering: 308-Unit Residential Building in Midwood

A rendering is out for a 308-unit residential building at 1277 E 14th St in Brooklyn’s Midwood neighborhood. Hampshire Properties is the developer, and Woods Bagot is the architect. It’ll be built on the former site of an old 85k SF school and will come to 277k SF when it’s done. The average unit size will be 900 SF, so rentals are likely. Permits were denied last week, according to NY YIMBY, but the release of the rendering by Woods Bagot is a sign that the project will go forward. [NY YIMBY]
