Progress Report: A New Look at 10 Hudson Yards and 30 Hudson Yards

Related's 10 Hudson Yards is fast approaching its 905-foot height. The 1.7M SF, 52-story building's glass facade is also coming along quickly. Meanwhile, there are new renderings for the taller 30 Hudson Yards (pictured), which will stand north of 10 Hudson Yards, New York YIMBY reveals. It will have an opening on the corner of 33rd Street and 10th Avenue, and feature a stone facade on the lower floors. 10 Hudson Yards, which will be anchored by L'Oreal, Coach, and SAP, is expected to deliver this year. 30 Hudson Yards, anchored by Time Warner, will open in 2018.
