Liza Minnelli Sells Imperial House Co-op for $8.37M

Liza Minnelli has left the building...literally. The cabaret star has sold her Imperial House pad as friends, family and work turn her attention toward LA. But the actress is still very much a New Yorker, spokesperson Scott Gorenstein says, pointing out that she'll be back in the city to rehearse for her new show, "Great Day." The 21st-floor co-op in the Emery Roth & Sons-designed building at 150 E 69th St was purchased by Robert Beyer and Loren Pack. [NYP]
