Lauren Bacall’s apartment in the Dakota just got a $2.5M price hack after about five months on the market. Rebecca Edwardson of Warburg Realty’s now listing it at $23.5M. The 4k SF pad’s got three bedrooms and mahogany paneling, intricate carvings on solid wood doors and 13-foot ceilings. The actress got the place for just $48k in 1961. She lived there until she died this past August.
