Avalon Bay’s 100 Willoughby St, which’ll be the tallest building in Brooklyn at 575 feet when it’s done—just started leasing. Studios will start at $2,890 and one-bedrooms will start at $3,300. Occupancy starts on Aug. 14. There’ll be 861 apartments in total, lounges on the 28th and 58th floors and 24-hour concierge service. Brownstoner published the first photos of the model units. Dubbed Aba DoBro, it’s one of three Avalon Bay buildings in the area, including 343 Gold St and 214 Duffield St, which is also under construction. [Brownstoner]
