New renderings are out for Lexin Capital’s 75 Nassau St. The 230k SF tower will have about 40k SF of commercial space on the first four floors, topped by 197 apartments. The average unit size comes in at just under 1k SF, and those are expected to include both rentals and condos, according to NY YIMBY. What'll make this tower stand out, though, is the literal jungle amid the concrete jungle of the Financial District, shown in ODA's rendering (above). Groundbreaking’s on pace for sometime next year, and it’ll involve demolishing some existing buildings. No completion date’s been announced. [NYY]
