420 Apartments Headed for Prospect Lefferts Gardens

Hudson Cos purchased four parcels at 318-350 Clarkson Ave for $13.1M. The four buildings, which have a 50k SF footprint, will be combined with adjacent properties to create a 350k SF, 420-unit residential development on the corner of Nostrand and Clarkson avenues. Hudson purchased the site, which offers 200k buildable SF, from Health Science Center at Brooklyn Foundation, a nonprofit organization affiliated with SUNY Downstate Medical Center, the Commercial Observer reports. Additionally, Hudson acquired a five-parcel site at 1295 Nostrand and 306 Clarkson avenues from ESP Group for $10M, back in September. The site, previously an indoor/outdoor parking lot, has a footprint of 36,430 SF and 145,720 buildable SF. Phase 1 of the 310 Clarkson Ave development will include 170 apartments, with 250 units in Phase 2. [CO]
