The four buildings, which have a 50k SF footprint, will be combined with adjacent properties to create a 350k SF, 420-unit residential development on the corner of Nostrand and Clarkson avenues. Hudson purchased the site, which offers 200k buildable SF, from Health Science Center at Brooklyn Foundation, a nonprofit organization affiliated with SUNY Downstate Medical Center, the Commercial Observer reports. Additionally, Hudson acquired a five-parcel site at 1295 Nostrand and 306 Clarkson avenues from ESP Group for $10M, back in September. The site, previously an indoor/outdoor parking lot, has a footprint of 36,430 SF and 145,720 buildable SF.
