Condo sales at Related Cos and Oxford Properties’ 15 Hudson Yards will finally begin this week.
Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro and the Rockwell Group, the 285-unit tower will provide residents with Hudson River views, proximity to three parks (the High Line, Hudson River Park, and Hudson Park & Boulevard) and plenty of retail, dining and transit.
The Duplex Upper Penthouses on the 88th floor will each occupy one of the tower’s four lobes and offer more than 5k SF of living space, 26-foot-high ceilings, and curving floor-to-ceiling windows offering 270-degree river and city views.

The 910-foot tower’s distinctive silhouette is defined by the city grid at its base and has a clover leaf shape near the top. Located directly on Hudson Yards' public square and gardens, the tower will also be nestled next to The Shed (above) an arts center also designed by Diller Scofidio and the Rockwell Group.
15 Hudson Yards will have five distinct residence types, all of which will have white oak flooring, fresh air ducts with four filtration points and a greywater recycling system that uses stormwater runoff to support cooling and irrigation.

The Plaza Residences—ranging from one- to three-bedrooms—will boast floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the Highline and the Public Square. The two-bedroom Loft Residences (pictured) and the one- to four-bedroom Panorama Residences will have high ceilings and views of the Hudson River.
Most of the units will start at $1.85M, but 106 are affordable and will most likely be rentals.
