Three Downtown Brooklyn Buildings Trade for $23.2M

BPC Management has sold three adjacent buildings on Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn to Kahen Properties for $23.2M. Combined, the buildings, at 80, 86 and 90 Livingston St, have 20 residential units and seven commercial units for a total of 32k SF. Each building has ground-floor retail. Kahen’s plan is to manage the properties as-is and do renovations on the storefronts when the leases roll. Kahen’s other holdings in the area include a 49-unit, 32k SF residential building at 54-66 Livingston St. [TRD]
