Quinlan Files Plans for 21-Story DoBro Tower

Quinlan Development Group filed permits this afternoon for a 21-story, 210-foot building at 117 Livingston St (or 415 Red Hook Lane). Plans call for a 120k SF structure with 110 apartments (roughly 93k SF), and almost 14k SF of commercial space, a block away from Shake Shack. The units are likely rentals, as the average size is under 850 SF and 20% are expected to be set aside for affordable housing, New York Yimby reports. It looks like the developer is also taking advantage of a 2012 zoning code provision that allows Brooklyn projects with below-market units to waive parking. [NYY]
