Kushner Companies Takes First Step into Astoria

Kushner Companies is branching out to Astoria, 34-year-old CEO Jared Kushner announced. The real estate firm purchased a $51M portfolio including four multifamily pre-war walk-ups with 143 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Kushner is also getting in on the growing retail market at Ditmars Boulevard nabbing 11 stores leased by a Dunkin' Donuts, a pizzeria, a laundromat, and several other local businesses. Meanwhile Millennials everywhere are reevaluating their lives.
