At the Young Innovators in Real Estate party at Boulton & Watt in Alphabet City last week, we snapped Bosse Property’s Nadav Weg and Honest Buildings’ Peter O’Brien, who tells us his company, which connects commercial property owners with service providers and vendors, has raised $11.5M in funding and just passed $100M worth of projects in its marketplace.

We also snapped Fidelity National Title Insurance’s Jason Gordon, NYC Department of Small Business Services’ Kriss Casanova (working on streetscapes, property development, and attracting businesses for the neighborhood development division), art dealer Katya Valevich, and Andover Properties’ Sandy Albert. Kriss is working on a citywide storefront improvement program for businesses impacted by Sandy. Andover's Sandy, one of the event's planners, tells us his company, which acquires self-storage properties for its Storage King USA, just bought seven facilities for $22M in Miami, Tallahassee, Chattanooga, and Philly (so now you have a place to store your sandals, crocs, boat shoes, or whatever they wear in Philly).
