WorkSpaces' Rise To The Top

WorkSpaces is about to celebrate the two-year anniversary of its NYC office. The team is led by five principals: Mindy Williams-McElearney, Brett Kaplan (pictured, with project manager Mary Connelley), John DeBell, Elsa Driscoll, and Jamie Meyers. It’s currently collaborating with HLW on a 1.3M SF project on the East Side for a large government organization. Young & Rubicam recently awarded WorkSpaces its 340k SF project at 3 Columbus Circle(being designed by Gensler). It also teamed up with Gensler on a full floor fit-out for Warnaco and Perkins+Will on a 40k SF project for Leftfield Pictures. It seems their passion for “remaking an industry” has many fans, as proven by their success in such a short timeframe. To learn more about our dynamic sponsor, click here.
