We're seeing a lot of activity because of a great adjustment in leasing values—in some cases, up to 50% lower, says Jones Lang president of NY Operations Peter Riguardi. Although some tenants feel good that the market is moving, don’t think we've rebounded; there's still more supply than demand, he notes.
