| We highlighted some of the vendors and speakers at BuildingsNY and Green BuildingsNY last week, but real estate firms were also on hand. Massey Knakalans (yes, that’s a word) Michael Azarian, Craig Waggner, Jessica Paindiris, Cory Rosenthal, Karl Brumback, and John Ciraulo were all smiles; John tells us that the booth was visited by many property owners and hopes that the crowds and optimism are indications of good things to come. Of course, they also had an annual summer picnic at Larchmont Yacht Club on Thursday, and Jessica got to celebrate her birthday with thousands of her closest BuildingsNY friends. |

Their booth had one of the crowd grabbers ―an Italian ice cart. Over 2k frozen treats were handed out Tuesday, they say. The top flavor? Mango, followed by cherry. John may think crowds are a good sign, but to us, it's the flavors that portend good, sweet things this year. |
