Monday night, we joined Howard Hughes Corp for its post-ICSC party at the Chelsea Arts Tower. There, we snapped Corritore Co president John Corritore with Howard Hughes CEO David Weinreb and SVP of leasing Michelle Waak, who joined guests for cocktails and Nobu sushi while overlooking the hot neighborhood from the commercial condo building's roof deck. We're excited to hear more from Howard Hughes (who's doing the groundbreaking South Street Seaport redevelopment) as senior SVP Chris Curry speaks at our 4th annual Future of Downtown Summit next Wednesday.
