The 3 Hottest ICSC NY Parties Last Night

Last night, we sent Bisnow CEO Will Friend (left, with Simon Ziff and Sal Garcia) on a mission to identify the hippest, most happening parties held in conjunction with ICSC NY's big show, where more than 500 exhibitors are in attendance this week.

No. 3: Bohler Engineering

Hosted at Southern-inspired Johnny Utah’s, 300 packed into the spot at 25 West 51st St for networking and comfort food, including burgers, sliders, chicken wings and country music.

No. 2: Marcus & Millichap

Hosted in the nightclub portion of Tao with cool music, great cocktails and glass upon glass of champagne. 250 people packed in.

No. 1: Newmark Knight Frank and CCRE

This party was hosted in the restaurant portion of Tao in the Meatpacking District. 500 people were in attendance. Miso-glazed sea bass, popcorn shrimp and fresh sushi were delivered on massive plates. The spread included an entire station of serve yourself sushi, with thousands of pieces laid out. Everyone and anyone was there.
