| After more than a decade as a commercial broker (leading non-profit advisories at both Cushman & Wakefield and most recently CBRE),Suzanne went solo in June, launching S. Sunshine & Associates, a boutique brokerage and consulting firm catering to non-profits. Already she has more than 50k-SF each of NFP landlord agency assignments and tenant representation exclusives. She recently began expanding her office, hiring non-profit specialist Glenn Brill, and tells us that she plans to hire another broker within six months. |
