| NBC Sports Group is moving from 30 Rock to Stamford, Conn., where it inked a long-term, 300k SF lease for office, production, and TV studio space at 1 Blachley Rd (the former Clairol world HQ). It’s consolidating to the newly redeveloped property from Midtown, as well as Landmark Square and Harbor Plaza in Stamford. A team led by Cassidy Turley’s Michael Norris repped the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Trip Hoffman repped the landlord. |
