Sales and leasing broker Lisa Ann Pollakowski has joined Lee & Associates as a managing director, the firm announced Monday.

Pollakowski was previously a director at Newmark Knight Frank, where she specialized in portfolio management for office and industrial clients. After 23 years at Newmark, she is joining Lee NYC’s leasing and sales divisions, according a release.

“Having completed numerous transactions throughout the tri-state area and even nationally, Lisa Ann will be a strong addition to the Lee NYC team,” Lee NYC Chief Operating Officer Joel Herskowitz said in a statement.

“She has successfully developed and executed real estate strategies for notable organizations including Bloomberg LP, Kaplan, Tourneau and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and undoubtedly will continue to do outstanding work here at Lee NYC.”

Pollakowski has arranged more than 200K SF worth of office leases for Kaplan, according to the brokerage, and has represented Hertz Equipment Rental on warehouse lease transactions in the city.

She brokered the deal for Bloomberg to take 700K SF for its headquarters at 731 Lexington Ave. in 2001.

Earlier this year, Lee NYC, which, along with its affiliated company Sierra Real Estate, has 85 real estate professionals, formed a new residential division and set up its own investment sales shop.
