On Friday, Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association members went to hell and back—or rather from the Long Island City Boathouse up to Randall’s Island and then back through Hell Gate. The adventure afforded a front-row view of the Cornell Tech campus going up on Roosevelt Island.
Here’s Savills Studley’s Bill Montana and Tishman Speyer’s Blythe Kinsler celebrating the end of the seven-hour trip. Well deserved, if we may say. Bill tells us he just closed a deal to expand Massey Knakal onto the three base floors at 275 Madison Ave.
