Jones Lang’s Ray Quartararo, whose firm was part of the project team that included Beyer Blinder Belle, noted the project's magnitude, for a commercial building built in ’31, is quite dramatic. It included a complete restoration and re-creation of the Art Deco lobby, common area renovations, Observatory renovations, energy-efficient retrofits, and façade waterproofing. |
