Todd Dumaresq of Toll Brothers' City Living tells us his firm and Equity Residential have poured the concrete for the 29th floor at 400 Park Ave S, which we snapped recently. Toll Brothers will own the 99 condos on floors 23 to 40 (entrance on Park), and Equity Residential is building apartments on the first 22 floors with an entrance on 28th Street. Todd tells us the rental and for-sale components will share a lap pool, children's playroom, fitness center, golf simulator, and lounge. (Can this spirit of cooperation be carried over to this week's UN meeting?) Condo owners also will have access to a 27th floor Sky Lounge. Todd says the building, rendered at right, will deliver in spring '15, and sales will launch early next year.
