Clients Big & Small

As Colliers works to boost its investment services group, Jeff Oram (whom we snapped Thursday night at Midtown's Sea Fire Grill with Boston-based Jodie Poirier) is chasing a broad client base. He has the institutional experience via a stint at CBRE's New Jersey office. After the downturn, he went to Marcus & Millichap, whose small-deal focus was producing some velocity. (He had six kids to feed, he says.) At Colliers, he sees the need for balance--some big dogs and some bread-and-butter deals. He tells us he's marketing a 440k SF warehouse portfolio in Pennsylvania, Newark, and Hamilton, NJ. We're assuming the buildings aren't contiguous.
