She's handling not only retail and office leasing for Dart's Cayman portfolio (which includes blue-chip tenants such as AON and Ernst & Young in the firm's Camana Bay development), but residential, too. Sloane says she couldn't be happier down Cayman way—even though deals might take a bit longer (sometimes twice as long as NYC, she says).
A far but exotic cry from Park Avenue, here's Sloane's latest leasing challenge—18 Forum Lane, an 85k SF office Dart recently broke ground on. The firm went spec with the building but doesn't expect much lag time in leasing—an LOI has already been signed for 26k SF.
