It kicked off its national expansion with a Houston office in '08, followed by Chicago and LA. Trying to do it all from Tulsa was “a little limiting” because it’s a smaller talent pool from which to recruit brokers, Stan says. In June, it sold a four-building, 125k SF office/industrial property leased to Niagara Mohawk Power in Cicero, NY.
