Sares Regis Group’s Meris Ota, Marci Hemenez, Rob Parker and Jeff Smith recently won approval for a new luxury apartment community on 2.6 acres in Los Altos. Colonnade will include 167 luxury apartments, a two-level parking garage (for 319 vehicles, or 159 bicycles built for two), and 17k SF of retail. Jeff, who enjoys the outdoors from his days growing up in McCall, Idaho, says the mixed-use village will serve as the epicenter of a city filled with single family homes and not much high-density housing. He expects first unit delivery in 2014 with the majority coming in 2015.
