Tech entrepreneur Tien Wong (black shirt) bought Herndon, Va.-based Tech 2000 last year because he saw it as an idea factory that would churn out innovative mobility and analytics products. This week, the company—which develops mobile apps for companies like Apple, Verizon, and Cisco—released a sales enablement platform called Appnetic at TechCrunch Disrupt New York.
