Our call for desk selfies continues. This one came across the pond from DC native Nick Katz. After working in commercial real estate and sustainability, he’s now co-founder and CEO of Locatable, an online platform for home management, based in London. (No, we didn't misspell Loudoun.) The company, which connects users with a digital representations of their home, just closed a seed round with eight angel investors. Its next tool helps renters split costs with roommates.
