$3.3B REIT Merger: Global Net Lease Acquires American Realty

Global Net Lease is set to buy all of non-traded REIT American Realty Capital Global Trust II's outstanding common stock in a $247M deal.

But the deal isn’t set in stone yet—the merger allows Global II to solicit alternative proposals for the next 45 days. [CoStar]
