As Millennials stick to renting instead of buying, a startup emerges to cater directly to this trend and take on both Zillow and Airbnb in the process.

Philadelphia-based VeryApt aims to be the category leader in the long-term review-based rental market by providing personalized recommendations similar to those on Amazon and Netflix as part of a trusted review community to help renters find their next property, Forbes reports.

The company’s approach is to go after buildings large enough to build a sufficient number of credible reviews, rather than one-off apartments.

And the numbers are piling up—VeryApt has 10,000 properties in its system and hopes to double that by the end of the year. [Forbes]
