Liberty SBF Knows Loans

Liberty SBF is poised for growth: The full-service commercial real estate loan agency closed $20M in financing in Q4 '13, and this year, CEO Alex Cohen (center) is projecting over $200M in activity. (He's snapped with portfolio manager Alex Prombaum and SVP Charlie Bowles.) With offices in Wynnewood and in Newport Beach, Calif., Liberty is focused nationally on bridge lending for investment properties and permanent financing on owner-occupied real estate. The company's expansion into some great new products (like the SBA 504 program) has complemented its staff growth as the team looks to build their presence in the Southeast US.
