Colliers International Names Two New Executive Managing Directors

Colliers named Steve Disse and Jeff Devine executive managing directors of its central region sales services team.

Steve and Jeff focus on investments in industrial and office assets, and are one of the top industrial sales groups in Chicago, closing $1.4B in sales over the past two years.

The duo is coming on in a good time for industrial—Colliers’ national director logistics and transportation Jack Rosenberg told Bisnow on Monday that the industrial sector is seeing its hottest conditions in the last 35 years.

“Industrial real estate is a little bit like a sleeper story,” Jack told us. “But in this sector we’ve been singing ‘happy days are here again’ since 2011.”
