Already owners of the massive Washington Hilton, Lowe Enterprises has picked up another DC hotel, acquiring Dupont Circle's Embassy Row Hotel this week for $50M, according to DC public records. That's $19M less than what seller Ark Investment Partners paid for the property, located at 2015 Massachusetts Ave, back in '07.
