Irvine Spectrum Submarket Tight

Office deals are getting done. Standard Microsystems Corp recently inked a deal to lease space in 101 Pacifica in Irvine; according to Stream Realty Partners' Blaine Annett, who repped the landlord with Colby Annett and Mike Adams, the Irvine Spectrum submarket is getting very tight for Class-A office space. "Tenants are attracted to this area for the amenities nearby—including the Irvine Spectrum Mall—which are well-located and accessible from all areas of Orange County," Blaine tells us. (Tenants enjoy the mall because who wouldn't want to go to Hot Topic on their lunch break?)
