Carter Validus Launching $4B Fund?

Sources tell us Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT is working on a second fund that could top $4B to buy more data centers and MOBs. (They could always do a combined data center MOB--a doctor's office for robots?)

Word leaked to us during our recent second annual Atlanta Data Center Outlook, where Carter Validus' John Regan was a panelist. However, John (on right with PEER 1 Hosting's Blake Clark) declined to comment on the "rumor."
