US Borrower Of The Year: SL Green

US Debt Broker Of The Year: Eastdil Secured

Top broker Eastdil Secured beat all other firms in this category last year, while setting a NYC record of $22.7B in 56 deals.
US CMBS Lender Of The Year: Deutsche Bank
The investment bank handled $17.2B in deals taking up 18.25% of the market, and contributed $8.9B total to CMBS deals in 2015—just behind the biggest lender, JP Morgan, at $10.9B.
