JLL named Christian Ulbrich (left) as CEO effective Oct. 1, succeeding retiring chief executive Colin Dyer (right). Christian has served as president since June, and prior to that, served as chief executive of the company’s European, Middle Eastern and African business. He joined the company in 2005 as managing director of JLL Germany.

Nicholas Bicardo, NGKF VP of Northern California retail capital markets

NGKF has brought aboard retail expert Nicholas Bicardo as the VP and head of its Northern California retail capital markets. The firm hired the power broker in hopes of strengthening its expanding capital markets platform. Nicholas has more than 15 years of real estate experience and over $2B in transactions under his belt.

Jeff Abramson was named the newest company principal and shareholder of Lee & Associates' North San Diego County office. Jeff joined the firm in 2013 as an office and industrial buyer and tenant rep. Prior to joining Lee, he served as SVP of Cassidy Turley, now Cushman & Wakefield.

Heather Wallace is SVP of Sares Regis Group Multifamily Property Management as of Aug. 15. Heather oversees the firm's business development, marketing and strategic planning for its California, Arizona, Idaho, Oregon and Washington region. Heather has more than 13 years' experience in the business and came to Sares Regis from Alliance Residential Co, where she served in a variety of roles.
