Tech giant Microsoft is looking to shed some space in two of its Washington locations. The company is trying to sublease 166,900 SF in its Bravern campus in downtown Bellevue and another 31,200 SF from a South Lake Union office building in Seattle. Bizjournals has some more details on both of the listings, which show the Bellevue space available as of September 1 and the Seattle space available August 1. This is the second hit for the downtown Bellevue area as it recently learned that Expedia would be relocating its HQ to Seattle. [BIZ]
