Whatever website youre perusing at this moment, theres a very good chance its being hosted in Houston.According to a survey by Pingdom.com,more than 50,000 websites(of the 1 million most popular) are based in Houston data centers. Theres not even a close second: Mountain View, Calif.,tallies barely 30,000. While hosting is worldwide, Pingdoms report notes that the top three cities--Houston, Mountain View and Dallas (25,000)--host 10% of the list.
