Fundrise's eREIT Reopens, Quickly Sells Out

After selling out in December, it took only a few hours for Fundrise's eREIT to oversubscribe again, opening and closing sales for around $2M.

The company says on its website that they it "resume sales shortly after completing the processing of current subscriptions." More than 31,000 users have expressed interest in investing in Fundrise's eREIT.
