Despite record-breaking deals this year, the ultra-high-end real estate market could be seeing some slowdown coming soon.
"There's definitely something there," Donald Trump Jr., EVP of the Trump Organization, says in our Video of the Day. The younger Trump deals in high-end luxury real estate only. "Prices are getting out of whack."
On one end, there are not enough billionaires in the world to purchase single assets at $30M plus. With prices as high as $6k a foot, Trump says, "guess what, three years later and they're still only 30% sold out."
The high prices aside, Trump says he still sees New York as a safe haven.
