Peloton Commercial Real Estate SVP Barbara Houlihan launched herself into the deep end of commercial real estate when she made the career switch from a traditional sales rep job. She didn’t bother working her way up through the ranks—she went straight to work in 1999 for the Billingsley Co’s Lucy Billingsley, handling the in-house leasing for Big D’s first downtown office tower since the ‘80s.
