CF Readying Buckhead Townhomes

Cocke Finkelstein has just applied for permits to develop a new rental townhouse project overlooking Buckhead's Ardmore Park. Aptly named The Ardmore, Atlanta's fast-growing multifamily company plans to develop a 165-unit townhouse project along Ardmore and 28th Street near Collier Road (designed above in noir black and white) in a partnership with Atlanta multifamily developer Enfold Properties' Bill Bollwerk. CFI's Brooks Castellaw tells us the firm aims to develop more affordable multifamily—at $1.50/SF in rents—in an area seeing a rebound, with multifamily, office and retail. “It's a very mature neighborhood in Ardmore Park,” Brooks says. “We think that this area on Peachtree has kind of been a no-man's land for awhile. But this area is transforming.”
