Women in real estate must take more risks, CREW Network prez Judy Nitsch tells us. Each year, the women's org—which has nearly 9,000 members in 70 markets—conducts original research, she says, and recent reports show that female real estate pros aren't as adept as men at networking, business development, or finding workplace sponsors (someone who'll say something positive about them when they aren't in the room)—it'll be a hot topic at CREW's annual convention in Miami Beach this September. Judy's other hat: chairman of Boston-based Nitsch Engineering.
